But I digress, lets get back to the nitty gritty. Buying game gold is an easy way to advance your character and get gear. You can be the talk of the town. The guy that opposing factions fear in PvP and the envy of your guild. It also saves a huge amount of time over grinding.

On the down side. Can you get caught? The answer is yes.

What are the risks? Your account could be temporarily suspended or even banned. I personally play an MMO. I have played two MMO's over the course of five years. I regularly buy currency for my character and have never been caught.

What is my secret?

First of all, I don't brag about it. Telling others about buying game gold is the quickest way to get banned. Second, I don't buy game gold from mom and pop companies. Smaller companies are less experienced and may not be educated in the best means to deliver currency in game that doesn't get your character caught. The biggest reason that people get caught by using these small companies is because they may use the same character that does their botted grinding to deliver your gold to you. When someone reports that character, the first thing that the game company does is trace all the trades and transactions made by that character. If you are on that list guess what, you are going to get penalized. I may pay a little more for virtual currency from time to time but I don't get banned. Even the little more is still affordable. Another risk from some of the smaller gold seller companies is key loggers and getting hacked. They don't make as much as the larger more well established gold sellers. So, they also rely on stealing accounts to make more profit. Don't fall into this trap. Only use companies that have a proven track record.
